Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Aline Canada, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist them with inquiries, provide information about our products/services, resolve issues, and ensure their overall satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer questions and concerns. Provide kitchen and bath cabinets design for customers.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve our products/services and customer experience.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous 2 years customer service experience is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluent in English is a must.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and 2020 Design. Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
